Nhlanhla Zondo is a Counselling Psychologist registered as such with the HPCSA. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience having spent the last 10 years working in the medico-legal field conducting psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Nhlanhla has worked in well established neuropsychology practices and received substantial training from neuropsychologists with exceptional standing in the field.
Nhlanhla is well versed in conducting an array of neuropsychological testing batteries. He is fluent in English, Zulu, Xhosa, Tswana, North and Southern Sotho as well as Tsonga.
Ongoing since 2008, Nhlanhla has been in private practice in Johannesburg. He provides neuropsychological post-rehabilitation support for patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), assisting both the patient as well as their families. He also assists with trauma debriefing for employee wellness programmes, commuting to where the need is, providing onsite care.
In terms of assessment work, Nhlanhla conducts medico-legal assessments in Garsfontein, Pretoria East.
Nhlanhla has been a consulting psychologist in Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist practices since 2009, providing various neuropsychological assessment services. Prior to this, he worked in employee wellness, first as an EAP practitioner and later as a managerial and coaching specialist. Here he assisted in various capacities some of which included behaviour risk management and safety risk management of corporate organisations.
Nhlanhla has experience in the corporate sector, working as an HR Senior Assessment Practitioner for the EDCON group, predominantly involved in assessment for job placement and talent acquisition.
